什么是竞值架构(Competing Values Framework)? 释义Quinn和Rohrbaugh的竞值架构理论最初源于一项关于有效组织衡量指标的研究。 在对为数众多的各项指标统计分析的基础上,Quinn和Rohrbaugh(1983)发现了支撑组织效能的两个主要维度。
竞值架构能够运用于各种组织环境, 可以被用来作为开发监测与管理项目的工具, 也可以被用来分析诊断现有的或期待的组织文化。 此外,它还可以被用作检测组织裂痕缺陷的工具。 当然,竞值架构还是一个很好的教学工具, 帮助参与学习的管理人员理解多样的组织功能与流程, 同时, 帮助组织成员更好地区分各种领导角色的相似之处与典型差别。

Are we going to compete with innovation or efficiency? The more mature the industry is, the more internal and control we need to be. The more innovation we want, the more external and flexible we should seek. Then we can develop a questionnaire to understand from the perspectives of managers and employees to diagnose our current effectiveness. BTW, for some big company, it will have variants in different business line, which needs to be treated differently. In addition, when dealing with leadership, the leaders should be asked to have the full model skills and learn to shift their focuses under different circumstances. In other words, a successful leader should be able to make the balance-use of this model and be able to change their management focuses." |
