Cultural Background is Important Meera, Trinidad "I agree with Charu, one needs to take the cultural background of the organization into consideration. In some enterprises such as the public service, employees tend to display behaviors where theory X style is more effective to promote greater efficiency in its operations. Some may not agree with this comment, however, this is the reality, at least in this part of the region."
