"I had the opportunity recently, through a community based global network revisioning process probably, to make a brief but concise research regarding governance models. My final proposal towards the group was the "translation" of the EU / Swedish+ Model for a smaller scale organization, combining a degree of orchestration and self-organization instruments and processes.
