In order to understand this subject, we need to reflect about what values are, and what those values mean to organizations.

 I am referring to the organization values. Those which are referred to as organizational culture. The so called "values alignment" and the "organizational cohesion". Those which are referred to as people behaviors. Because "organizations don't change but people do".
