"I believe the main challenge is around 'acting' on the learning. Many organisations and teams will engage with the concept of this cycle and use it for learning reviews.
However to then act on the learning and change behaviours and processes is challenging organisation set up.
This brings a key threat in that people will get fed up with going through a cycle that doesn't actually change anything. There are ways to manage this threat and will be good to share experiences."

"@Mike Florence : I agree the main challenge of the PDCA Cycle is the follow-up.
Identifying measurable, significant data to demonstrate change is a process often overlooked when implementing new activities. The risk of failing to hard-wire the change due to a perceived lack of progress is significant."
