"Where has this assignment been given? T groups relate to sensitivity training, and with my exposure to this, its best left to the particpants to decide the group composition. Please elaborate."

"Hi Huzannah, if you are referring to a T-Group as sensitivity training or human process laboratory, please don't try, it could backfire!
As an accredited T-Group facilitator, I would like to share with you that one needs accreditation from Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) or in the US the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science for designing and conducting a T-group - and also have a lot of experience of running T-Groups.
If you are just referring to a T-Group as a teaching-learning community which will come together and share their learning and add value to each other, you could just get people who are willing to to be a part of such a group together - but have your objectives and deliverables very clear."
