I am not an expert of branding but I might suggest as follows:
- Determine objectives of this survey separating those general versus those specific.
- Make a list of entities and businesses you have to survey and the ways on how to contact them.
- Base on the objectives, determine the question to ask
- The last but very important is to think about the cost of survey.
- Build a team to realize the survey and think how to make the analysis. |
